The 7″ long steel blade moves smoothly along edges of concrete forming both curbs and gutters in one pass of the tool. This curb tool creates a 2-1/2″ radius on the top edge of concrete slabs preventing the edges from chipping with wear. The face then extends down 6″ forming the back of the step. A 1-1/2″ batter at 6″ creates a slope that promotes proper drainage. The tool then forms a 3″ radius curb as the bottom extends out 13-1/2″ for proper coverage. The all steel tool provides additional weight for moving through concrete. A ferrule extends out at an angle for a comfortable working position. Purchase the 48″ hardwood handle (CC966-02) separately. The curb and gutter formed is a popular dimension in Texas.
